چکیده

The present study investigates the impact of transformational leadership on staff empowerment through the mediating role of knowledge sharing in the central branches of Mellat Bank. The research method used is descriptive survey. The statistical population of the present study includes all employees of central bank of Mellat. The sample size was 183 using Cochran formula and the sampling method was simple random. Research data were collected by library and field method and questionnaire was used. The reliability of the questionnaires was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha method 0.892 and content validity by content method. The research data were analyzed by PLS software using statistical, descriptive and inferential tests. Therefore, corporate managers should increase their employees' motivation by encouraging knowledge and identifying new opportunities, being challenged, improving and explaining a strong vision for the future, and by encouraging bank and employee engagement. Make the organization more committed and empowered.
