چکیده

Nowadays, human resource management is one of the most important tasks of organizational managers and job motivation and employee empowerment are among the issues that managers face. The research method used is descriptive, survey and correlation. The statistical population of this study includes all managers and employees of central bank of Tehran city with 120 and the sampling method is simple random. Research data were collected by library and field method and questionnaire was used. The reliability of the questionnaires was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha method and the content validity was confirmed by content validity. The research data was analyzed using SMARTPLS.2 software, statistical, descriptive and inferential tests. The results of this study indicate that the results of the research indicate that the research model fits in well, however, the results confirm the impact of the variables of benefits, salaries, job satisfaction and promotion on the employees' empowerment
